  • Press option 1 for English 2 for Spanish.
  • Press 1 if you are a member, Press 2 if you are a member and want to sign up
  • If you Press 1: Enter your member number followed by the # key and then password followed by the # key.
  • If you Press 2: Press 1 to sign up for audio response and follow the prompts
  • It will take you to the main menu.
  • Press 1 for account information, press 2 for transfers and payments, press 3 for account balances.
  • Press * for the previous menu.
