  • All MetroWest Community FCU members can bring their documents to get notarized at no charge.

What are the membership requirements for opening an account?

In order to become a member, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Must live, work, worship, or attend school in any of the cities or towns within our field of membership

                        Or

  • Be an immediate family of a current member

 

How do I open an account at the Credit Union?

If you meet the membership requirements you can create an account online or stop by the branch.

How do I sign up for Virtual Branch Online Banking?

I would like to install the mobile banking app on my smartphone, how do I do this?

To install the mobile banking app, go to the Play Store or App Store and type "MetroWest CFCU" in the search bar.

How do I sign up for eStatements?

Simply login to Virtual Branch and enroll under the “Self Service” tab. A valid, active email address is required to enroll. You can add/update your email address under the “Self Service” tab as well.

Which accounts can receive eStatements?

eStatements are available on all deposit accounts including certificates of deposit and money markets, as well as loan accounts.

How do I access my eStatements?

Your monthly eStatement is available around the 3rd of each month. You will receive an email alert when it is available. Simply login to Virtual Branch, select the “Self Service” tab, then select eStatements under “Additional Services”.

Can eStatement availability alerts be sent to more than one email address?

For your security, eStatements are only sent to one email address.

Is there a fee for eStatements?

No, eStatements are free!

Are eStatements safe and secure?

Yes, eStatements are stored on secure, encrypted servers with several layers of protection. In addition, they reduce the risk of identity theft occurring as with paper statements.

Can I choose any date to receive eStatements?

No. Your eStatements will be available at the same time as your current paper statements.

How many months of eStatement history will be available?

When you enroll for eStatements, you will have access to 2 years of eStatements.

Are eStatements available for business accounts?

Yes.

What if I need a copy of one of my checks? Can I view and print my checks with eStatements?

Yes, but this is only available for checks that have already cleared. They are also available for viewing via your online banking transaction history.

Will eStatements look the same as paper statements?

Yes, eStatements are identical to paper statements.

What should I do if I want to change back to paper statements?

Contact the credit union and we can revert your statements back to paper.
